We
are located in La Duquesa, Manilva, in Southern Spain,
on the Costa del Sol. We specialise in the salke of properties
near the jet set destination
of Marbella, in the province of Málaga, on the border with
the province of Cádiz.
Situated
between the beautiful towns of Estepona
and Sotogrande (see
map), Manilva is the municipality for La Duquesa,
San Luis de Sabinillas and the fishing village of
Castillo. Málaga International Airport is just 45
minutes away - you also have regular flights to England
from Gibraltar airport just 20 minutes south. Nearby,
La Duquesa has an 18-hole championship course designed
by Robert Trent Jones.

Also close by,
you can enjoy the 7 other world-class golf courses - Estepona,
Valderrama (1997 Ryder Cup), Sotogrande, Almenara, La Cañada, San
Roque and Alcaidesa. The port of La Duquesa with 456 berths, from 6
to 20 meters, enjoys a beautiful design and is often called the
little "Puerto Banús". |
At La
Duquesa, you will also find a supermarket, several bars,
restaurants, news agents and boutiques. La Duquesa is nestled
between two other fine ports - Estepona
and Sotogrande.

Adjacent to Duquesa,
in San Luis de Sabinillas, you will find a pharmacy, doctors,
supermarkets, and many different different shops. Like its neighbour
Casares, Manilva is one of the white villages well known for its
muscatel grapes and white wine. Many Roman ruins can also be found
in the area.
Nearby, you have the
Roman Baths in Casares just at the limit of the municipality of
Manilva. The village of Castillo with its old castle is reputed to
have the best fish restaurant in the area.
And best of all, you have many water sports available on the 7,8 kms
of beaches in the area. |
